The rooms at the Clarion have two double beds, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Dogs are permitted ($25/night extra charge).
You do not have to stay at the Clarion. It is a 3-star hotel. Some attendees make their own arrangements at nearby hotels. If you stay off-site, we still need you to register for the conference and we ask you to please make a small donation to help with general conference costs.
Breakfast is served by the hotel.
You are on your own for lunch every day.
We share two group dinners: pizza and salad on the 28th and Olive Garden on the 30th. You are on your own for dinner on the 29th.
There are many restaurants a short distance from the hotel. We recommend making reservations, especially for Saturdays. The restaurants are busy during the holiday season.
Rates vary based on age and accommodation:
Students: $65 each for a 4-person room; $100 each for a 2-person room.
Single adults: $130 each for a 2-person room; $260 for private room.
Couples ($260 per couple for a private room).
Families ($260 per family for one room or $520 per family for adjacent rooms).
The conference is FREE for children 12 and under.
If for some reason you are unable to pay online, pay the conference registrar Emily Walker at the hotel using U.S. cash or U.S. checks.
Do not pay the hotel or give them a credit card on file.
All attendees under 18 must have an adult guardian on site for the entire conference.
There will be classes each morning and recreational activities each afternoon for children ages 4 to 13.
