Dogs are permitted ($25/night extra charge).
You do not have to stay at the Clarion. It is a 3-star hotel. Some attendees make their own arrangements at nearby hotels. If you stay off-site, we still need you to register for the conference and we ask you to please make a small donation to help with general conference costs.
Meals
Breakfast is served by the hotel.
You are on your own for lunch every day.
We share two group dinners: pizza and salad on the 28th and Olive Garden on the 30th. You are on your own for dinner on the 29th.
There are many restaurants a short distance from the hotel. We recommend making reservations, especially for Saturdays. The restaurants are busy during the holiday season.
